Duties and Responsibilities

The Social Media Manager & Content Creator is responsible for the implementation of Practice Accelerations social strategy across Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok.


You will  plan, create, schedule, and evaluate social media campaigns with the aim of driving more leads to the business.

  • Producing & managing content for Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok

  • Creating content that is tailored towards the appropriate social media channel whether that be Tik-Tok, IG, FB or YouTube

  • Increasing engagement, followers and leads

  • Engage in conversation across social channels to connect with customers

  • Analyse and report on the effectiveness of social media content

  • Reporting weekly/monthly of content performance by platform

  • Manage our daily content calendar

  • Maintain a consistent brand experience across all digital platforms

  • Liasing with external team members

About you

  • You have a proven track record in growing organic social media platforms including and not limited to Facebook, Instagram & Tik-Tok

  • Minimum 2+ years of social media account management with strong understanding of Instagram, Tik-Tok, and Facebook.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital content creation

  • Strong understanding of social media trends

  • Experience with copy writing a bonus

This role is a full-time position that reports directly to the head of Marketing,

while also working closely with other key members of the team.

This is a remote position so you can work from anywhere in the world.
